Forum - Purpose
This forum is provided to give Members a mechanism for discussing Green IT topics, providing feedback on The Green Grid White Papers and projects, and networking with industry peers. The topics for discussion may be anything of general interest to The Green Grid Members.
This mailing list is *not* the official information dissemination for The Green Grid. Ideas and information presented on this forum are the products of individuals only, and are implicitly provided without warranty. Other areas we wish to avoid are solicitation of information for participation in other organizations, studies, and sales of products or services.
Who May Participate
This forum is open to all Members, although The Green Grid reserves the right to remove individuals who violate the rules of etiquette, (see below).
The Green Grid Forum Etiquette
- No flaming. It is OK to disagree, but do so constructively. Slander and personal insults will be acted upon immediately.
- "Proper" language only. The Green Grid prefers a professional environment and believes most Members do as well.
- Keep posts short and to the point. If you quote someone from a previous post, please do not include the entire text.
Finally, keep in mind that although there are many knowledgeable and helpful individuals participating in this forum, they cannot provide free consulting. Questions can be posted, but there is no obligation on the part of any one person to provide an answer.
